Coaching Services
Not all riders need or want a structured training plan or regular feedback and advice. Sometimes it is helpful to seek advice on a one-off or intermittent basis, to discuss your own ideas and to use someone with very wide experience as a sounding board. Having worked with countless cyclists of all disciplines, ages and abilities for many years Ruth is well placed to review your goals, training and achievements with you and to give advice and guidance based on her extensive experience. You will find that Ruth is very skilled at questioning, analysing and exploring issues around training and performance so that time working with her is very efficiently used.
Mentoring consultations can take place in person near Worcester or by 'phone.
A mentoring relationship could involve a single consultation or may continue over several years. The rider is the person who decides what contact, advice and support is given.
The cost of mentoring is £40 per hour. For the first meeting it is suggested that a 2-hour consultation is best.
